1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Products purchased on Flash Sale or clearance may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear and personal-use items for hygiene reasons.
• Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
